The USS Porter is encased in a rainbow during exercise Joint Warrior taking place off the coast of Scotland. Joint Warrior is biannual training event led by the UK and is considered Europe’s largest military exercise, bringing 55 ships and 70 aircraft together for elaborate NATO-centric combined arms operations.
